Keele University Science Park

Keele University Science and Business Park, part of the Ultimate Campus University project, currently has over 150,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space and is home to over 50 established businesses. The Science Park currently serves biotech, medical, IT and the service industries, with most recent commitment to commercial enterprise in the Innovation Centre Developments that provide some 100,000 square feet of mixed use accommodation with suites starting from 400 square feet.

Existing tenants include companies such as Recipharm Cobra Biologics, Erigal, Biocomposites, Siemens Wind Power R&D, Navman Wireless and Synetrix.

The success of the first two phases of the Science Park has led to a 70-acre expansion that can now offer design & build opportunities for technology-led companies and will also include a 150-bed 4 star hotel and conference centre. The fully serviced complex consists of 13 development plots totalling 36.4 acres. There are also ambitious plans to make the Science Park and campus self sustaining.

A Science Park team provides a comprehensive range of support services from facilities management through to business support.
