St Modwen Secured Development

St Modwen has secured planning permission for the development of 51,500 sq ft of offices on its Blythe Vale Business Park on the eastern fringe of Stoke-on-Trent.

The first phase scheme is to comprise 18 two-storey self-contained, front door office units in six buildings. Sizes range from approximately 2,200sqft to 3,000sqft .

Blythe Vale Business Park is directly adjacent to the A50 providing a landscaped environment and excellent communication links.

10 years after St Modwen first gained B1 planning consent, agreement has now been reached with the Highways Agency for a traffic signal access and egress for the site. Infrastructure works to take the site forward will follow in the next few months.
