Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire covers 2,714 sq. kilometres and nine local authority areas.

Stoke-on-Trent home to the longstanding ceramics industry is our young, diverse and transforming city which has recently been awarded £56m of Levelling Up funding.

Stafford Borough is the characterful county town sitting at the heart of our area and will soon be a stopping point for a HS2 link.

Newcastle-under-Lyme is a thriving town which has a strong town centre and benefits from the presence of Keele University.

Several of our towns grew through manufacturing. Burton-upon-Trent in East Staffordshire still has thriving brewing and manufacturing industries, and, on the border of the East Midlands and close to Birmingham, is an important logistics hub.

There are historic market towns across the county. Lichfield, our cathedral city, is growing as a tourist destination, while Tamworth is an emerging business centre of importance with a transforming town centre.

Cannock Chase is the former mining town and contains Cannock Chase forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty and an important tourist attraction.

We have large areas of rural land which host agriculture and the visitor economy, and which are also home to important manufacturing firms. The Staffordshire Moorlands and South Staffordshire have important strategic logistics and manufacturing sites, as well as strong and growth focused visitor economies.

If you’re looking to relocate, our region is diverse and our team of experts can help you with navigating the area, finding suitable property, and funding as well as providing information on important lifestyle choices such as schools and housing.
