By securing £56m from the UK government’s Levelling Up Fund, few UK cities have demonstrated the rapid sustained economic growth that Stoke-on-Trent has over the last five years. The focus now is to deliver on three significant projects – Etruscan Square, the Goods Yard, and Town Centre Heritage Projects which will be showcased here at UKREiiF. This session is aimed at investors, funders, developers and end users; join us and hear how you can get involved in these game changing regeneration projects which will transform our City Centre with an exciting leisure and mixed-use development and our towns by rejuvenating a number of heritage sites into awesome places to live and work.
