Harris Lamb has been appointed by Trebor Developments/Seddon as marketing agents on Prime Point 14 in Stafford. The scheme is made up of two production/distribution units to the north of Stafford town centre.

Andrew Groves, sirector at Harris Lamb, said: “We are delighted to be working with Trebor and Seddon on this project. Both organisations have an excellent track record for delivering successful schemes.” “The Prime Point 14 site benefits from detailed planning consent for two mid-box units of 66,628 sq ft and 76,908 sq ft respectively and with the significant investment in the site to date on infrastructure works, a fast track delivery programme can be implemented, making it possible to deliver leasehold or freehold buildings within a six-month period if required.”

“There has been a significant amount of development activity in the surrounding area in recent years, with a wide range of occupiers attracted to this location due to its excellent access to the M6 and A34. Surrounding occupiers include GE, Screwfix, Culina, Iron Mountain, Arnold Clark, Land Rover and Audi.,” he said.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner at Trebor Developments, said: “We are pleased to welcome Harris Lamb to our agency team on this exciting project. The site is ‘oven-ready’, allowing us to deliver units on a very fast track basis to local occupier requirements. We are offering competitive leasehold or freehold terms.”
