Harris Lamb, the property agent assigned to Etruria Valley Trade Park, has announced that they expect strong interest in the site as construction work nears completion.

Work is progressing at the Etruria Valley Trade Park in Stoke-on-Trent, with developer, St. Modwen stating that work is close to completion at the site. 11 new industrial units are being built on the land opposite the Vodafone Contact Centre in Festival Park, with premises ranging from 2,955sq to 4,810sq.

Property agent, Harris Lamb has been appointed to market the scheme, and the firm expects “Strong demand” from potential occupiers once construction has been finalised.

The units are of steel portal construction with steel cladding to the roof and walls with an eaves height of 6.0metres. The premises will be built as an open shell which will allow prospective tenants to utilise the internal areas as they wish.
