“Stoke-on-Trent City Council has brought this scheme forward in direct response to the strong demand for modern industrial space in prime locations.

“Etruria Valley – or Festival Park – is regarded as one of the strongest business parks in Stoke-on-Trent and has managed to attract a wide variety of high-profile occupiers, including Vodafone, bet365, Wade Ceramics and DPD.

Work at Etruria Valley Trade Park nears completion.

“We anticipate strong demand for these units due to the strong location, size and the flexibility on floor space that can initially be offered. Access to the scheme will be further improved upon completion of the new Etruria Link Road proving a further connection to the A500 at Wolstanton.”

The units are of steel portal construction with steel cladding to the roof and walls with an eaves height of 6.0metres. The premises will be built as an open shell which will allow prospective tenants to utilise the internal areas as they wish.
