The 102,000 sq ft Rapida warehouse in Cannock

IT lifecycle firm TES has signed a long-term lease on a huge new warehouse in Cannock.

The company has agreed a deal with Trebor Developments and Kay Properties Midlands Limited for the 102,000 sq ft speculatively-built Rapida warehouse at Kingswood Lakeside

TES is a 'world-leading' IT lifecycle company, providing end-to-end commissioning, deployment and retirement of information technology assets, operating in 40 locations across 20 countries.

The new unit will be home to the company's European headquarters following a period of 'substantial' growth.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Birmingham-based Trebor Developments, said: "This is another major letting completed over the last six weeks. This comes on the back of other industrial units in Cannock having also been let or sold over the same period which, in total, represent over 600,000 sq ft of industrial space take-up, all newly built.

"This provides an excellent long term investment for Kay Properties."
