  1. Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone (CVEZ)
    Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone is one of the most successful in the UK, at the very heart of Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire's continuing economic growth, driving the area's already enviable reputation as a major centre of manufacturing know-how. Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone comprises 6 key sites totaling 140 hectares along the strategic A500 corridor in the heart of the city of Stoke-on-Trent.

    Site Description: Cliffe Vale is a 6.2 hectare (15 acre), brown field site andA is situated on Garner Street, adjacent to the A500 and A53 in Stoke-on-Trent. The site is in need of remediation with the demolitio of existing buildings on the site. It is part of the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone and offers Business Rate Relief.
